Altered Photo Frame

I managed to find an old wooden photo frame the other day so decided to give it a make over.
First of all I covered the frame with black acrylic paint. Let it dry completely.
Then started embossing Metal strips using a couple of embossing boards.
I then painted the metal with black acrylic paint, wiped some off before dry so that you get a worn looking effect.
Next I dabbed over the metal with alcohol inks, sprayed the metal with gimmer mists & left to dry.
Next, adhered extra strong adhesive tape to the wooden frame & attached the metal strips.
Finally I took some old watch faces, dabbed them with alcohol inks & attached a flower I made from grunge paper, some utee stamped with cogs, & now the frame has been given a face lift!
